Biography
German rabbi, who served as the last rabbi of the Jewish community in Lübeck before the Second World War. He emigrated to England in September 1938 with his wife Amalie, nee Wertheim (1895-1989) and their four children. After his death in London on 13 October 1953, aged 74, his wife and children emigrated to Israel.
