Biography
Welsh poet, novelist, short story writer and historian, also a journalist, and producer at the BBC. His books include John Cowper Powys (1997), A Severe Case of Dandruff (1999) and Come Out Wherever You are (2004), and others. He is the subject of the 2010 biography, Herbert Williams by Phil Carradice.
