Biography
French physician, specialist in Cardiac surgery; Honorary Professor of the Faculty of Medicine of Marseille; Member of the Economic and Social Council (1959-1974), Institute (Academy of Sciences, 1970), Academy of Medicine and Academy of Surgery (1957), and Academy of Marseille (elected in 1946); and Honorary President of the National Order of Physicians. He died on 14 October 1992 in Marseille, aged 102.
