Biography
Dutch industrialist, director of the Verkade manufacturing company founded by his father.
His twin brother was the Dutch painter and monk Jan verkade. Both were the eldest sons of Ericus Gerhardus Verkade who had 8 children in 2 marriages.
He died fast and unexpectedly on 29 August 1927 at 21 PM at age 59 (heart attack seems most likely).
