Biography
Costa Rican poet, member of the Costa Rican Academy of Language. He studied at the School of Arts at the University of Costa Rica. He taught at several schools in secondary education. He was the author of numerous poetic works. He also wrote a valuable chronicle of the construction of the National Theater of Costa Rica, entitled The National Theatre: notes for the biography of a Colosseum (1972). He entered the Costa Rican Academy of Language in 1984 (chair D) with a speech entitled Heredia as the realization of a dream.
He died 16 July 2000.
