Biography
Belgian physician, who specialized in pathology of pregnancy. His publications include Du moyen de prévenir la déchirure médiane du périnée pendant l'accouchement (The means of preventing the median tear of the perineum during childbirth, 1890).
Educated at the Free University of Brussels, he won the competition of higher education in 1878, was head of service at the Maternity, and later a member of the provincial medical commission of Brussels.
