Biography
Mexican boxing trainer, promoter, referee, and judge, best known as an administrator. He was the unanimously elected president of the World Boxing Council from 5 December 1975 until his death on 16 January 2014 in Los Angeles, California. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame on 10 June 2007.
