Biography
American astrologer, a teacher, writer, lecturer, and member of the Church of Light.
In November 1909 he began studying astrology and in 1917, when he joined the Brotherhood of Light, he started teaching – and his mild-manner and genial good-humor ensured that his classes in Los Angeles were always popular and well attended. In 1928 he became a Dean of Astrology and on November 2, 1932 when the Church of Light was incorporated he became the organization's first vice-president.
Skinner died on February 7, 1940 in San Bernardino, California.
