Biography
French Jewish-born author, a pioneer in rational and statistical research, founder of the short-lived magazine "Le Déterminisme Astral," 1904-1905. Selva published an adaptation of Morin de Villefranche's "La théorie des déterminations astrologiques," 1902;1976;1981 and "La
domification ou construction du thème céleste en astrologie," 1917, which studies several house systems. His main work remains the "Traité théorique et pratique d'astrologie généthliaque,"1900. Died in 1952.
