Biography
American government official and United States Air Force Lieutenant General. He was the United States National Security Advisor under U.S. Presidents Gerald Ford and George H. W. Bush.
Scowcroft married and had one daughter. In March 1993, Scowcroft was awarded an Honorary KBE by Queen Elizabeth. On 6 August 2020, Scowcroft died at his home in Falls Church, Virginia, at age 95.
