Biography
Austrian astrologer, book seller. Originally working in insurance, he discovered astrology in the late 1960ies. In 1976 he founded the astrological bookstore Buchhandlung 777 in Vienna, which he managed until retirement in 1998.
Schiffmann is considered one of the inventors of the Combine Horoscope in 1972, known in the US as Davison Relationship chart.
His son Veit Schiffmann (born 3 December 1958) is a painter.
Schiffmann died on 5 August 2013.
