She appeared in numerous television shows as well as in films like "Death Becomes Her," 1992 and "Cruel Intentions," 1999.
Reed met Kevin Peter Hall on the set of "227." As their characters wed on-screen, they followed suit and married off-screen.
They had two children. In April 1991, Kevin died of AIDS, which he had contracted through a blood transfusion a few years previously.
