Biography
French playwright who began his career under the pseudonym Deforges or Desforges. He has also published under the name Paul Lussan. He is the author of many ballads in collaboration with Adolphe de Leuven, Emmanuel Theaulon, Jean-François Bayard, Émile Vanderburch, Clairville, Adrien Robert, and so on.
He also wrote several comic operas and operettas for Jacques Offenbach and Adolphe Adam. He died on September 28, 1881 in Saint-Gratien.
