Biography
French politician in the Fourth Republic, he served as Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Prime Minister for a week in 1955.
He was a founder of the clandestine "liberation nord" during World War II.
An author, he wrote for both children and adults.

He died in Paris, France on 5 April 1995.
