Biography
British-American pro astrologer and organizational officer, President of the Friends of Astrology in Chicago, 1941. He joined AFA in March 1940 and became Chairman of the AFA Research Committee the following year. Palmer was a member of the Ohio Astrological Association and an officer for some years.
He died in January 1975 at 84 years old in Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.
