Biography
Dutch zoologist, endocrinologist and ornithologist who was Professor in Endocrinology at the University of Utrecht. Van Oordt travelled regularly to conduct his research. He studied more than 1000 species of birds in their natural habitats. He died on 23 April 1963, aged 71.
