Biography
German veterinary pathologist and scientific writer, who was chief specialist for veterinary pathology at the University of Giessen from 1901 to 1934. In collaboration with Bernard Malkmus he wrote the textbook, Handbuch der gerichtlichen Tierheilkunde mit pathologisch-anatomischen Beiträgen (Hanover: Schaper, 1910). He died on 9 November 1955, aged 89, in Wiesbaden.
