Biography
German physiologist and university lecturer, who co-developed (with Ernst Leitz) a sleek microscope for the examination of brain sections, the so-called Schlittenmikroskop für Gehirnschnitte nach E. Nebelthau (slide microscope for brain sections according to E. Nebelthau).
He died on 23 June 1914 in Bremen, aged 49.
