Biography
American missing 13-year old school girl who disappeared when she went to buy ice cream at the mall after school on 4/13/1989. The next Monday, on 4/17/1989, her body was found dumped by the roadside near Novato, CA. The body was partly concealed in garbage bags with clothes and bible study books nearby. Within a week of the discovery, Scott Martin Williams, a church grounds keeper, was arrested for the crime and confessed. He revealed that he had raped and strangled her, as well as hit her with a bat in the church's reading room. She was the fourth Bay area girl to disappear that year.
