Biography
Norwegian Supreme Court lawyer 1961-1968, and Supreme Court Judge 1968-1982. His brother was physician Fredrik Mellbye. In 1978 he was made Commander of the Royal Order of St. Olav.
Mellbye died on 31 March 1993 in Oslo, Norway, aged 79.
