Biography
Norwegian businessman and athlete. Mehren became Norwegian champion in rowing several times, and twice Nordic champion. In 1931 he crossed Greenland on ski, following Nansen's route from 1888. Together with his brother, he chaired the clothing company Herman Mehren AS from 1935, which had been established by his father.
Mehren died on 2 October 2002 in Oslo, Norway. He was 97.
