Biography
Bangladeshi teacher, senior civil servant, writer and spokesman for good governance. He is a Hubert Humphrey Fellow and an honorary citizen of Dallas, Texas, United States. He was an intern of the United Nations headquarters during his Humphrey year. He was CEO of four large organizations, a Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate. He also worked in different positions in the field and policy levels of the Government of Bangladesh.
