Biography
Prussian princess of the House of Hohenzollern. She was the daughter of Prince Friedrich Karl of Prussia and later became second wife of Prince Hendrik of the Netherlands then the first wife of Prince Albrecht of Saxe-Altenburg. She was also the great-niece of Wilhelm I, German Emperor. Albrecht and Marie had two daughters. Marie died on 20 June 1888, aged 32, in Schloss Abrechtesberg, Dresden.
