Biography
French physician and author of medical texts, known for his studies on nutrition and diabetes. He was one of the first to describe a patient with a pheochromocytoma (a neuroendocrine tumour of the medulla of the adrenal glands). He served as professor de clinical medicine at the ‘’l'Hôpital de la Pitié’’ and the ‘’l'Hôpital Cochin’’. He died in Paris on 30 May 1939, aged 69.
