Biography
Norwegian painter and textile artist. He worked with oil, tempera, woodcutting, and stone mosaics. He created some of the largest art decorations in Norway, including tapestries in the Oslo City Hall. He is represented in the National Gallery of Norway and has received numerous awards, among them the King's Medal of Merit.
Jonsborg died on 10 July 1977 in Tvedestrand, Norway, aged 65.
