Biography
Peruvian politician and professor at the National University of Engineering. He ran for President of the Republic in the General Elections of Peru (2006) as a candidate of Avanza Country. He is the older brother of Ollanta Humala, current President of Peru and Antauro Humala, leader of the Movement etnocacerista, who appointed him his representative for the elections of 2006. He is the dean of the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Social Sciences.
