Biography
American astrologer and attorney who handled all of the legal work surrounding the founding and incorporation of AFA in 1938. He also served as counsel for many years, and formally joined AFA as an astrologer on 4/06/1948. Horton was active in various kinds of work at the AFA headquarters up until his retirement.
He died in 11/1968, Oxon Hill, MD.
