Biography
German painter and illustrator whose pictures with motifs of alpine landscapes and alpine flowers earned her the nickname "Blumenminni".
From 1910 to 1934 she lived in Dresden and illustrated volumes of poetry by Conrad Ferdinand Meyer, Joseph von Eichendorff and Eduard Mörike. Her etchings were shown in many exhibitions in Stuttgart, Leipzig, Dresden, Meissen, Bad Elster and at the Frankfurt Art Fair.
In 1934 she moved to Chemnitz, where she created a variety of etchings, sketches, and watercolour and oil paintings, along with porcelain painting.
She died on 29 January 1968 in Karl-Marx-Stadt, aged 84.
