Biography
Chilean pharmacist, botanist, and university professor, who was a founding member of the Academia de Ciencias Naturales, of which he was later president for 12 years, and for which he wrote articles published in their journal over the course of 20 years. With Hans Niemeyer, he edited the "Revista Universitaria-Universidad Católica" or "Anales de la Academia de Ciencias Naturales."
He died in Santiago de Chile on 17 July 1997 at the age of 95.
