Biography
Belgian criminal suspect from a noted family, he is a brother of politician Jean-Pierre Grafé. Indicted for a pedophilia case on 14 November 1996, he was released on 3 December 1996. The children and young people he allegedly assaulted nicknamed him the "Magician." This was his third involvement in three years in this kind of case.
