Biography
Mexican writer, journalist, historian and poet. He belonged to the Mexican Society of Geography and Statistics and was professor of the Institute Normalista. He was director of the official newspaper of the state for several years and since 1916, when he moved to Mexico City, head of the department of correction Excelsior.
He died 12 August 1938.
