Biography
Peruvian lawyer who was Minister of Finance (1947-1948) and accidentally charge of Foreign Ministry twice in 1947. He founded the renowned firm that bears his name, currently studying Echecopar associated with Baker & McKenzie International, recognized as one of the best law firms in Peru. It was also legal adviser to the president of the Republic, dean of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University, professor emeritus of it and deputy prosecutor of the Supreme Court.
He died on 14 July 1964.
