Chilean pioneer of Aviation who broke records of altitude, Red-eye and distance in chile And South America. He was the first to cross the channel of Magellan by plane, spent flying under the bridge of river malleco, flew up with Saints Dumont, was the first pilot of military reserve of Chile, being then called to active duty.
In the school of aviation for the mobilization of 1920, became also in pilot of hot air balloon,
Later served in the current police of research and, finally, as a recognition of his contribution to the military aircraft, was promoted to the level of captain of flock of the air force.
He died 3 September 1951.
