Biography
French senior official, Inspector General of Finance, governor of the 'Banque de France' from 1937 to 1940, director of the SCAP (provisional administrators Control Service) and Chairman of SNCF under the Vichy regime, before pursuing a successful career in banking.
He died on 19 May 1972.
