Biography
Norwegian business magnate. His father, the Austrian immigrant Ernst Poleszynski, started the aluminium factory Il-O-Van in Oslo in 1912. In 1922 this was relocated to Moss. Gotfred took over the business in 1925. Gotfred changed his last name to Ernø in 1933.
Ernø died on 11 October 1992, in Moss, Norway. He was 90.
