Biography
Norwegian jurist. From 1947 he was a district attorney in Oslo. He also lectured in criminal law at the University of Oslo (1957-1967). From 1968 to 1979 he was Director General of Public Prosecution.
In the 50s and 60s while district attorney he was prosecutor in several well-known and controversial cases, among them the so-called 'Torgersen case.'
Dorenfeldt died on 15 April 1997. He was 88.
