Biography
Mexican military engineer who contributed to several important projects in his country. He was the fourth son of General Porfirio Diaz, President of the United States of Mexico, and his second wife Delfina Ortega.
On 15 November 1897 he married María Luisa Raigosa García. They had seven cnildren.
He died on 28 December 1946 at the age of 73.
