Biography
American homicide victim, shot dead allegedly by his brother Connor Betts during the mass shooting in Dayton on 4 August 2019 at 1:05 AM. Altogether ten people were killed, including Jordan Cofer and the perpetrator (his brother), and at least 27 others were injured. The gunman was killed by police within 30 seconds of the first shots being fired.
He was widely reported under his birth name Megan Betts, however he self-identified as a trans man with the name Jordan Cofer.
