Biography
Italian ophthalmologist, politician, and author of numerous studies concerning histology, embryology, pathology and ocular surgery.
In Parliament he distinguished himself in the field of social health care and advocated the establishment of a pre-medical certificate, and he worked for the construction of aqueducts, orphanages, and care centres.
He died in Rome on 19 March 1929, aged 65.
