Biography
Danish royal, heir to the throne of Denmark, son of Crown Prince Frederik and Australian-born Crown Princess Mary, born at Copenhagen University Hospital, two weeks prior to its due date.
On 20 December 2015 at Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Queensland the prince was rescued from a potentially life-threatening rip by a life saver while swimming in the ocean. Along with his family he was on an Australian beach holiday.
