French singer and comedian who appeared in several movies.
He was known for parodying the speech of Lorraine peasants, comic skits and impersonations of stars such as Sarah Bernhardt.
Also known for sporting a handlebar moustache, he died in Montreuil-sous-Bois on 19 June 1945.
