American noted family, the daughter of former Palm Springs Mayor Sonny Bono and his wife, Mary. At her birth, which was attended by her dad, she weighed a healthy seven pounds and ten ounces. Her father was killed on 1/06/1998 at the Heavenly Ski Resort on the California/Nevada border after sustaining massive blunt head trauma suffered after hitting a tree at a rapid rate of speed.
