Biography
Italian physician, Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at the University of Padua, and author of about 300 scientific publications, giving original and fundamental contributions to embryology, histology, physiology, vestibular apparatus pathology and the role of collagenopathies in otoctoid diseases.
He developed a surgical treatment for Ménière syndrome (Arslan's ultrasonic operation).
He died in Padova in 1988.
