Biography
French criminal, convicted and sentenced to three years jail for robbery of a mail van in Aullène in 1995.
He escaped in 1998 with Joseph Menconi, aka "the King of Escape".
He was later arrested at Orly airport, where he was about to leave for Guyana with a false identity.
In 2006, he was put on trial on suspicion of a double murder in 1996, accused of killing a man who had testified against him in a robbery for trial and the companion of the victim. Ambroggi was on leave from prison at the time.
