Mexican politician and lawyer, founder member of the National Revolutionary Party, Hoy Pri. His father was a collaborator of the Superior Court. Altamirano Flores was a rural teacher, studies of lawyer and one of the organizers and leaders of major labor centers and peasants after the Mexican Revolution Mexico.
