Biography
Norwegian CEO. He was head of Rikstrygdeverket (the National Insurance Service - the Norwegian government agency responsible for social security) for almost 30 years (1949-1978). He played a central role in the development and expansion of Norway's social security system.
Alexander died on 15 April 1994 in Oslo. He was 84.
